About the Role - Job Description
At Beautiful Concepts Pvt Ltd, as a Python backend developer you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of our backend systems. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to create robust, scalable, and high-performance applications. Your expertise in Python programming, along with your understanding of backend development principles, will be crucial in enhancing our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Python code to build robust backend systems.
Develop required code with high coding standards (must be highly secure and lean)
Follow microservice-based coding style wherever required

Implement data storage solutions and integration with various databases, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
API Development: Develop and integrate RESTful APIs to support front-end functionalities and system interactions.
Requirement gathering, Impact analysis, and Risk management.
Provide solutions to requirements after analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements and provide technical solutions that meet business needs.
Conduct unit tests and debugging to improve system reliability and performance.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a Python Backend Developer or similar role.
Experience with cloud computing and container-based distributed systems(Docker).
Strong proficiency in Python and its frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
Experience in database management, including SQL and NoSQL databases and column storage (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Proficiency in creating and consuming RESTful APIs.
Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture
Collaborate with the Team to design, develop, and implement API services to integrate websites with ERP, CRM, PLM, and core business function services
Solid understanding of software development principles, architecture, and best practices.
Familiarity with version control tools Git and CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience in implementing security and data protection measures.

You may be required to join a Gmeet / Zoom Call - You will be required to turn on your video camera - Linked to your laptop / computer.
You will require a quiet place to work which is free of loud noises.
