Job Description:

Beautiful Concepts Pvt Ltd invites freshers and experienced candidates to apply for the position of Executive HR Generalist. As an integral part of our HR team, you will be involved in various aspects of human resource management and contribute to creating a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial screenings.
Coordinate interviews and help in the selection process.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

Employee Relations:Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Support in resolving employee issues and grievances in a timely and confidential manner.

HR Administration:Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.
Assist in the management of HR documentation, such as contracts and agreements.

Training and Development:Collaborate with the HR team to identify training needs and coordinate training programs.
Support in organizing workshops, seminars, and employee development initiatives.

Compliance and Reporting:Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Assist in HR reporting and data analysis to track key HR metrics.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Basic understanding of HR practices and principles (experience is a plus but not mandatory).

Eligibility & What you will need to do this job

  • You will require a laptop / desktop with Minimum 8 GB Ram

  • You will require a minimum of 30 MBPS Internet speed .

  • You will require a working headset with Mic

  • You may be required to join a Gmeet / Zoom Call - You will be required to turn on your video camera - Linked to your laptop / computer.

  • You will require a quiet place to work which is free of loud noises.
